What types of photos can be scanned?
Common paper prints, family photos and many standard formats can be scanned. A quick message lets us check your specific case.
Do you also scan documents?
Yes. Personal, administrative or family-archive documents can also be scanned according to your needs.
How much does scanning cost?
CHF 0.60 per loose photo, CHF 0.70 per album photo (removal and replacement included), CHF 0.35 per document page with OCR (CHF 0.60 if the document is bound or fragile). Volume pricing from 500 photos. Handling fee of CHF 30 per order, waived from 300 photos or pages. Net prices. The full price list is published on the pricing page.
How will I receive the files?
Via a password-protected download link, valid for 30 days and included in the price. Files are JPEG (photos) or searchable PDF (documents), sorted into folders, one per album or envelope. A USB key can be added for CHF 15.
How long does scanning take?
5 working days from drop-off for batches up to 1,000 items. Beyond that, the deadline is agreed together at drop-off. A 48-hour express service is available up to 500 items, with a 30% surcharge.
Do you handle large family archives?
Yes. Large volumes can be processed with a tailored quote based on the quantity and the level of organisation you want.
How are the originals handled?
Originals are handled with care throughout the scanning and returned afterwards. For a fragile or old batch, simply mention it when you get in touch.
Can I request a quote before entrusting my originals?
Yes. Just give the approximate number of items, their type and any particular expectations to receive a clear estimate.
