What types of photos can be scanned?
Common paper prints, family photos and many standard formats can be scanned. A quick message lets us check your specific case.
How will I receive the files?
Via a password-protected download link, valid for 30 days and included in the price. Files are JPEG (photos) or PDF (documents), sorted into folders. A USB key can be added for CHF 15.
Can I send the photos by post or have them collected from home?
Yes. Your photos or documents can be sent by post. Depending on your location and the nature of the project, collection from your home can also be arranged on request.
Do you handle large family archives?
Yes. Large volumes can be processed with a tailored quote based on the quantity and the level of organisation you want.
